‘The World’s Longest Yard Sale’ takes place Aug. 3-6 along Hwy 127.
Many people have already started setting up tents and nabbing spaces for the 2023 edition.
Stretching from Addison, MI, southward to Gadsden, AL, the 690-mile route reaches Fort Payne, AL, to Signal Mountain, Lookout Mountain, Dunlap, Pikeville, Crossville, and other communities in Tennessee.
The Yard Sale began in 1987 by Mike Walker, a former Fentress County Executive in Jamestown, TN.
