The Knights of Columbus will have a charity cookout to benefit the Tunnels to Towers Foundation on Saturday from 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM. in the parking lot at Southern Rehab Physical Therapy across from Lowe’s and Tractor Supply in Kimball. If you are out and about this Saturday, please stop by and grab some lunch.
The Tunnel to Towers Foundation does amazing work in support of our military, police, and fire department families. If you can’t make it this Saturday, please consider making a one-time or recurring donation at T2T.org.
In June of this year, The Tunnel to Towers Foundation paid off the mortgage on the McKenzie, Tennessee home of Tennessee Highway Patrol Sergeant Harold Lee Russell II and the Jasper, Tennessee, Marion County Sheriff’s Department Detective Matthew Blansett.
Sgt. Russell and Detective Blansett died in a helicopter crash in Marion County on Aug. 23, 2022.
