Man Dies after Pedestrian Vehicle Crash in Pikeville

Bernard R. Ocheltree, from Ohio, has died after apparently walking out in front of a car in Pikeville.

According to the Tennessee Highway Patrol, on September 7, around 6 a.m., the 75-year-old man walked into the path of a vehicle on Highway 127 at Rockfort Road.

The vehicle was driven by an 86-year-old Tennessee man. He did not receive any injuries, and no charges were filed.
