GRUNDY COUNTY I-24 Utility Work both directions at MM 134: Law Enforcement assisted rolling roadblock on I-24 starting eastbound in Coffee County at MM 123 and westbound in Marion Country at MM145. Motorists should reduce speed and be prepared to stop. Trucks, signage, and barrels/cones will be present, 06/23/24 from 6:00 am to 7:00 am, with a rain date 07/07/24.
MARION COUNTY I-24 TDOT Contractor both directions from MM 155.8 to MM 155.9:Â TDOT contract workers will perform bridge inspections on the I-24 bridges over the Sequatchie River on 6/25/24. From 9 AM until 11 AM, the right westbound lane and shoulder will be closed for the inspection. From 12 PM until 3 PM, the eastbound right lane and shoulder will be closed. Motorists are advised to merge left as soon as possible when approaching the work zone.

MARION COUNTY I-24 TDOT Maintenance westbound from MM 158.4 to MM 157.4: On Wednesday night, 06/26/2024, beginning at 8pm until 6AM the following morning, TDOT and Tennessee Highway Patrol will be performing rolling roadblocks across all westbound lanes of I-24.
MARION COUNTY I-24 from east of Big Fiery Gizzard Creek (MM 146) to near SR-27 (US-72, MM 152): The contractor will be working on I-24 EB and WB from MM 146 to MM 152 to perform resurfacing operations. Work will be performed Sunday nights through Friday nights from 7 PM – 6 AM each night. No work will occur on Saturday nights. This work will require single lane closures in each direction leaving one lane open to traffic each way. THP and truck mounted attenuators will be on site during the work.
SEQUATCHIE COUNTY SR-111 sinkhole and culvert repair at LM 3.3:Â The contractor is repairing a sinkhole and culvert on SR-111 near L.M. 3.3 in Sequatchie County. The Northbound lanes have been merged and shifted on to a Southbound Lane to move around the sinkhole work area. One lane of the Southbound traffic has been closed leaving one lane open. Please use caution when driving through the work zone.
