On Monday, October 7th, just after 7:00 PM, Dunlap Fire responded to a two-vehicle crash on SR 28 and John Burch Road. The crash involved a passenger sedan and a commercial “bobtail” truck.

Dunlap Fire was joined on the scene by the Dunlap Police Department, Sequatchie County Rescue Squad, and Puckett EMS.

On arrival, it was determined that no trapped patients existed. Units remained on the scene to assist with blocking the roadway and fire suppression should the need arise.

Both drivers were transported to Erlanger Sequatchie as a precaution.
