On Halloween night, 10/31/2024, Dunlap Police has announced that Hill Circle will be restricted to a one-way street to allow children to TRICK OR TREAT safely. Vehicles will enter on the east side of Hill Circle closest to Heard St and exit on the west side of Hill Circle closest to the Sequatchie County Justice Center. This seemed to help with traffic flow last year. Dunlap Police says they are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but the children’s safety is their first priority.
