At 9:32 PM Saturday, August 2, 2025, the Dunlap Fire Department responded to Cedar Lane off Old Union Road for a vehicle fire. The vehicle was a 1980 Corvette being driven when the fire started in the engine compartment and then spread to the passenger compartment.
There were no injuries to the occupants in the car or the responding firefighters.
