Pikeville Urgent Care, a subsidiary of Presley Healthcare, is proud to announce that it has received a grant from the Rural Health Resilience Program. In partnership with the Tennessee Department of Health and TennCare, we invite you to attend our groundbreaking ceremony on November 3, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.

This grant will fund a major renovation of the historic hospital at 3062 Main Street, currently home to Pikeville Clinic. Upgrades will include a state-of-the-art imaging department with new CT and X-ray machines and expanded services such as specialty care, women’s health (OBGYN), pediatric care, and ultrasound imaging, all in addition to our existing primary and urgent care services.
