Fire in Sequatchie County on Sunday

On Sunday morning, the Dunlap Fire Department reported to a mutual aid call for a residential structure fire in the Southend VFD district in Sequatchie County.

The residence was a single wide mobile home off Mahoney Road; however, the occupant was not home.

Southend had made entry and knocked down the fire and Dunlap firefighters assisted with overhaul. Sequatchie County Sheriff’s deputies assisted at the scene. There were no injuries to anyone.
