Ten finalists have been selected to compete live at this weekend’s National Cornbread Festival. Cornbread recipes are gathered from all over the country and narrowed down to the top ten contenders. This year’s cooks represent a range of locations, from major cities like Los Angeles, Miami, and Raleigh to small towns such as North Branch, Michigan; Pyatt, Arkansas; and Duncanville, Alabama, just outside Tuscaloosa.
You can view each finalist and their signature dish by clicking here. All competitors are required to prepare their recipes using Lodge cast-iron skillets, and the live competition takes place on Saturday during the festival.
