South Pittsburg Man Facing Multiple Serious Charges

Dade County law enforcement located 19 year-old Devontay Dominique Perkins of South Pittsburg on Monday night July 6, 2026. He was escorted to the Marion County Jail to face multiple charges locally.

  • DRIVING ON SUSPENDED LICENSE
  • POSSESSION OF SCHEDULE VI
  • RECKLESS DRIVING
  • FELONY EVADING
  • POSSESSION OF A STOLEN WEAPON
  • POSSESSION OF FIREARM DURING COMM OF FELONY
  • POSSESSION OF FIREARM DURING COMMISSION OF FELONY

Perkins remains in jail under no bond.
