On Sunday, the Dunlap Fire Department responded to a two-vehicle crash on Highway 111. Heavy rain accompanied the accident, which severely damaged both vehicles and caused two lanes to close.
Volunteer firefighters assisted the Sequatchie County Sheriff’s Office with traffic control. One of the vehicle carried occupants who sustained minor injuries. The Tennessee Highway Patrol investigated the crash.
