The City of Dunlap is kicking off the holiday season this Saturday, December 2. The day starts with the annual Stuff the Truck Toy Drive at various locations from 10 am to 2 pm. The annual Very Cherry Christmas Market with food and vendors lined up on Cherry St from 12:30 pm-4:30 pm with the Grinch, Cindy Lou Who, Baby Grinch, and other Whoville characters joining us on Cherry Street.
The annual holiday parade starts at 4:30 pm at the High School and ends at Harris Park. Shortly after the parade ends, there will be a tree lighting by Santa! The SCHS marching band will be playing music along with the choir.
The City of Dunlap will provide free hot cocoa and cookies served by Friends of the Park.
