The Tennessee Department of Commerce & Insurance and the Tennessee State Fire Marshal’s Office proudly announce that 196 Tennessee volunteer fire departments will receive grants as part of the $10 million Volunteer Firefighter Equipment and Training Grant Program.
Area departments receiving grants: South Pittsburg Mountain, Mt. Crest in Bledsoe County, Crossroads in Powell Crossroads, Mullins Cove in Whitwell, Town of Monteagle, City of Pikeville, and the University of the South.
