JASPER, Tenn. – The Marion County High School Interact Club brought plenty of screams, scares and Halloween excitement to the community Saturday night, October 24, as students hosted their annual haunted house at MCHS.
This year’s event featured a “Twisted Fairy Tales” theme, putting a frightening spin on familiar childhood stories. Visitors encountered creepy characters, spooky decorations and unexpected scares as they made their way through the haunted attraction.
From eerie lighting and chilling displays to costumed characters lurking around corners, Interact Club members worked to create a memorable Halloween experience for those brave enough to enter.
The annual haunted house gave students an opportunity to work together while providing a fun and fright-filled evening for the community.
But the Halloween fun isn’t over just yet…
The Interact Club will team up with the Town of Jasper for another spooky community event on Tuesday, October 27, helping with the town’s Haunted Trail and hayride.
The Haunted Trail will take place at the Jasper Park Complex on Turner Street from 6:30 to 9 p.m. Admission is $7 per person.
The event promises another evening of Halloween thrills, with the Interact Club lending a helping hand to bring the haunted attraction to life.
In the event of rain, the Haunted Trail will be rescheduled for Thursday, October 29.
With one successful haunted house behind them and another Halloween attraction just ahead, MCHS Interact Club members are continuing their efforts to get involved in the community and help make the spooky season a memorable one for Marion County residents.
