According to information released by the school system on May 21, all children ages 18 and under are eligible to receive meals at no cost throughout the summer months. The program is designed to help ensure children continue receiving nutritious breakfasts and lunches while school is out of session.
School officials say meals will be available for pick-up every Thursday beginning June 4 and continuing through July 16.
Pick-up locations include:
- Jasper Elementary School
- Monteagle Elementary School
- South Pittsburg Elementary School
- Whitwell Elementary School
Meals can be picked up between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. each Thursday. Breakfast and lunch items will be included in the weekly distributions.
The final meal pick-up day for the Summer 2026 program will be Thursday, July 16.
