JASPER, Tenn. — The Marion County Board of Education has scheduled two upcoming meetings, including a special called session later this month and its regular July board meeting.
The school board will hold a special called meeting on Thursday, June 25, at noon. The primary purpose of the meeting is to approve end-of-fiscal-year expenditures.
The board’s regular July meeting will be held Monday, July 13, at 5 p.m.
The Marion County Board of Education meets regularly to consider school system business, budgets, personnel matters and other items affecting the operation of Marion County Schools.
Both meetings will be held in the board room at the Marion County Schools Central Office, located at 204 Betsy Pack Drive in Jasper.
