Argument leads to Murder Charge for Scottsboro Man
Gerry Paul Kelly, 62, of Scottsboro, has been charged with Murder and has been placed in the Jackson County, Alabama Jail under no bond.
On Saturday at approximately 1 PM CST, the Scottsboro Police Department responded to a shooting call in the 300 block of Maple Ave. A male victim was located at the scene.
​​Police indicate that an argument had taken place between two neighbors, leading to the shooting of the victim.
