Area Firefighters Conduct Training

On Wednesday, firefighters from Haletown Volunteer Fire Department traveled to Monteagle Fire Department to do live burn and special training alongside firefighters from Battle Creek Fire Department and Whitwell Volunteer Fire Department.

This multi-agency training helps firefighters work more efficiently alongside neighboring departments for large fires and gives the firefighters more experience with interior firefighting and search/rescue operations.
