This past Friday (Oct. 27), Regan Kilgore, a 22-year-old resident of Whitwell, Tennessee, was arrested by the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office in Fackler, AL.
While serving an outstanding warrant, officers detected the strong smell of marijuana coming from a nearby trailer on County Road 166.
After a search, law enforcement found 196 grams of a dangerous mixture of methamphetamine and fentanyl, along with various pills, marijuana, and several weapons. Additionally, they seized an additional 10 grams of methamphetamine.
Further investigation led to the discovery of three pounds more pounds of marijuana at another location.
Kilgore was charged with drug trafficking, possession of drug paraphernalia, and endangerment of a child. Kilgore’s bond was set at $38,000 at the Jackson County Jail.
