Ranchers and Livestock Producers Eligible for Drought Disaster Assistance

Ranchers and livestock producers in several Tennessee counties are now eligible to apply for drought disaster assistance.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture Farm Service Agency says farmers in Bledsoe, Franklin, Grundy, Hamilton, Marion, Sequatchie, and Warren Counties can now apply for grazing losses incurred in 2023.

Farmers in the listed counties can apply for assistance from the Livestock Forage Disaster Program through January 30.
