On December 15, the Tennessee Highway Patrol conducted a Bradley County DUI checkpoint in conjunction with the Tennessee Highway Safety Office, law enforcement partners, and The 24/7 Movement.
Approximately 22 agencies participated in the event, with 71 participants. This included law enforcement from Kimball, Whitwell, and the Marion County Sheriff’s Department.
According to THP, 412 vehicles passed through the checkpoint. Multiple tickets were written, and one driver was arrested for DUI.
