Sequatchie County Schools to Close Early for Partial Solar Eclipse in April
One local school system will be dismissed early on Monday, April 8, for the partial solar eclipse.
Sequatchie County Schools – Car riders will dismiss at 11:30 am, and buses will load at 11:40 am.
In 2017, most of the Tennessee Valley plunged into near darkness as the moon nearly covered the sun. For many, it was a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
