SVEC Performing System Upgrade on Wednesday in Northern Bledsoe County

Attention Sequachee Valley Electric Cooperative members in the northern part of Bledsoe County and the southern portion of Cumberland County,

Please be advised that SVEC will be performing a system upgrade on Wednesday, June 12th, weather permitting. This upgrade will necessitate a power outage affecting a section of the service area in the northern part of Bledsoe County and the southern portion of Cumberland County. This will include the communities of Nine Mile and Melvine, along with Upper East Valley Road north of Lyn Road.
