On Thursday, November 7th, the famous Niña & Pinta ships will dock at Goose Pond Colony Resort, 417 Ed Hembree Dr, Scottsboro, AL, 35769!
These incredible ships will be open to the public every day through Tuesday, November 12th. The Niña, built entirely by hand without the use of power tools, has been called “the most historically correct Columbus replica ever built” by Archaeology magazine.
The Caravel, often referred to as the space shuttle of the 15th century, was used by early explorers like Columbus during the Age of Exploration. Now, the Niña & Pinta tour together as a floating museum, educating the public and school children on their historical significance.
Step back in time and explore these amazing ships from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. No reservations are necessary!
