Nearly 650 Crashes Worked by THP During Winter Storm
Workers have been clearing roadways, shoveling parking lots, and cleaning up sidewalks throughout Tennessee after Friday’s winter storm.
According to the Tennessee Highway Patrol, troopers handled 648 crashes amid the snowstorm, including 127 involving injuries.
THP said its troopers also assisted 874 stranded drivers while dispatchers handled 1,708 calls.
The highest snow total in our area was reported in Jasper at 4.5 inches.
