500+ young wrestlers represented Class A, AA, and Girls at the TSSAA State Wrestling Championships on Friday and Saturday in Franklin.
Congratulations to Whitwell High School Senior Wyatt Davis, your TSSAA Class A 144-lb State Champion. His Coaches are TD Argo and Kyle Antal. The senior Tiger won 21-3 over senior Vayden Moore from Cascade High School.
In the 120lb weight class, Sr Mason Shrum from Marion Co. High School took home a 6th place medal.
