Leslie Eugene Nunley, Jr
On Tuesday, at 5:50 PM, emergency personnel responded to a two-vehicle accident on South Pittsburg Mountain Road.
According to the Tennessee Highway Patrol, a 2019 Harley Davidson motorcycle driven by 51-year-old Leslie E. Nunley Jr. of South Pittsburg was traveling north when he crossed the center line and collided with a 2015 Honda CR-V traveling south.
Unfortunately, Nunley succumbed to the injuries he sustained in the crash.
The THP report states that the driver of the Honda, 60-year-old Suzanne Adams, and her passenger, 70-year-old Gary Adams, were injured in the accident. No report was provided regarding the severity of their injuries.
Nunley’s funeral services will be held on Saturday at noon at Rogers Funeral Home in South Pittsburg, with visitation on Friday evening and Saturday morning.
