Truck Fire on Cagle Mountain Tuesday Morning
On Tuesday morning, June 3, 2025, at 8:19 AM, the Dunlap Fire Department responded to a semi-truck fire on Hwy 111 northbound going up Cagle Mountain below the waterfalls.
Piney Volunteer Fire Department also responded as mutual aid with their tanker. Sequatchie County Sheriff’s deputies and Sequatchie County EMA also responded for assistance at the scene. No injuries were reported.
