On Saturday, the Dunlap Fire participated in a “Mayday Drill” with Sequachee Valley Electric Cooperative. The drill prepares crews for real-world emergencies in the field.
The drill was successful.
Working alongside the Sequatchie County Sheriff’s Office, Puckett EMS TN / NORTH GA, Sequatchie County Emergency Management, Tennessee Emergency Management Agency, and LIFE FORCE Air Medical, it allowed networking between the different agencies to respond quickly and efficiently to real emergencies.

A thank you goes out to SVEC President/CEO Mike Partin and Safety Coordinator Daniel Patton for providing this great opportunity.
