Marion County 33, Cascade 0: Marion County’s defense allowed only 75 total yards and did not give up a touchdown for the sixth time this season. Brett Webb recorded 152 total yards, including 85 rushing. Mason Mays ran for 56 yards and scored two touchdowns, while Ashton Martin added 66 rushing yards and one touchdown, along with three tackles for loss and two sacks. Marion County (8-1, 3-0 Region 3-2A) is the Region 3 Class 2A champion.

Walker Valley got a safety on Sequatchie County with 1 minute remaining in the 2nd quarter to take a 2-0 lead at halftime.

With 6 minutes to go in the 3rd, the Indians finally found the endzone as Kason Hicks ran the ball in from 62 yards to Sequatchie County, a 7-2 advantage. The Indians’ defense held off the Mustangs for the 5-point.

As previously reported, South Pittsburg defeated Copper Basin 86-7 on Thursday, and Whitwell beat Jo Byrns 15-7. The Pirates (8-1/3-0) and Tigers (3-6/2-1) tangle at Beene Stadium in South Pittsburg on Halloween night.
