Dunlap Police to Use One-Way Traffic on Hill Circle Halloween Night

On Friday, October 31, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Hill Circle in Dunlap will temporarily operate as a one-way street during Trick-or-Treating to help ensure a safe environment for children and families.

Dunlap Police is providing Traffic Flow information:

Enter Hill Circle from the east side near Heard Street

Exit on the west side near the Sequatchie County Justice Center

This traffic pattern has worked well in previous years and helps reduce congestion in the neighborhood. Dunlap Police stated they are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but children’s safety is their priority.
