Grundy County Schools invites parents, students, staff, and community members to provide input regarding the potential establishment of a middle school within the district. Currently, all elementary schools in Grundy County serve grades K-8.
In January, the Board of Education authorized the distribution of a survey aimed at collecting feedback on the possible adoption of a middle school model. District leadership has clarified that this survey is intended solely for informational purposes and will inform future discussions and strategic planning; it does not reflect a final decision on the matter. If built, this would be Grundy County’s first ever middle school.
Participants are requested to complete the survey only once. The survey can be accessed online via a Google form. For those who prefer not to respond online, paper copies are available at each school and at the Grundy County Schools district office.
