Some Generic Drug Consumers Eligible for Lawsuit Settlement Money
Tennessee Attorney General Jonathan Skrmetti announced a $17.85 million settlement with Lannett and Bausch Health over alleged price-fixing of generic drugs. Consumers who bought generics from these companies between May 1, 2009, and Dec. 31, 2019, may qualify for compensation.
