Robert Edward Morrow
On February 11, 2026, at approximately 2:56 p.m., officers from the Scottsboro Police Department responded to a report of theft at a business located in the 500 Block of W. Willow Street. Upon arrival, officers made contact with a male and a female subject. After interviewing business employees, both individuals were detained for further investigation. The male was identified as Robert Edward Morrow (48, Valhermosa Springs, AL), and the female was identified as Shasta Danielle Finley (41, Bridgeport, AL).
Shasta Danielle Finley
Initially, Finley and Morrow were taken into custody for Theft of Property in the 4th Degree. During the course of the investigation, Finley provided officers with multiple false names and identification, resulting in an additional charge of Obstructing Justice Using a False Identity. It was subsequently discovered that Finley had an outstanding warrant issued by another jurisdiction.
Further investigation led to the discovery of morphine and several items of drug paraphernalia in Finley’s possession.
Finley was arrested and charged with the following:
– Drug Trafficking (Morphine)
– Obstructing Justice Using a False Identity
– Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
– Tampering with Physical Evidence
– Theft of Property 4th
Morrow was arrested and charged with Theft of Property 4th.
