At 8:55 on Saturday night, Cagle Volunteer Fire Department (CVFD) reported to truck fire on State Route 8.
Upon investigation, crews located an electrical fire within the engine compartment.
The fire was quickly contained on the firewall and vehicle wiring harness.
Sequatchie County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO) and the Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP) responded or their assistance.
