Saturday morning, 8 members of Haletown Fire and Rescue went to Macedonia boat ramp and did some drafting training. It was a refresher course for some members and teaching the new members how to draft. This training is very important in our area.
Training helps ensure the firefighters are ready to respond safely and effectively when the department is called to duty. Haletown Fire and Rescue appreciates the dedication of all volunteers who continue to give their time to protect Marion County and the surrounding areas.
