Haletown Fire and Rescue Continues to Fight Brush Fires
On Tuesday February 17,2025, at 2:29 p.m. Haletown Fire and Rescue responded to a brush fire that was extremely close to 3 homes on Aetna Mtn Rd.
Upon arrival firemen found an area about 50 feet in diameter burning and moving toward the homes. Suppression efforts began immediately and within 25 minutes the fire extinguished. There was no damage to the homes and there were no injuries to civilians, or personnel.
