Gas Prices Rise

According to the American Automobile Association, the average price of gas in Tennessee rose 13 cents in the past week.

The Tennessee Gas Price average is now $3.49 which is 14 cents less expensive than one month ago but 69 cents more expensive than one year ago.

In Marion County the average gas price was $3.42 per gallon on Monday afternoon. Sequatchie County $3.30, Grundy County $3.31, Hamilton $3.11, Jackson County, Al, $3.47 and Dade County, Ga, $3.45.
