Ja’Mychal Buckner
According to court records in Marion County 18 year-old JaMychal Buckner allegedly raped a teenage female just before midnight on June 28. The alleged assault took place at female’s home.
The arrest report that charged Bucker with rape, also says that the victim did not consent.
Buckner, who played football for South Pittsburg before graduating in May committed to play college football at Virgina Wise, but according to the school he never reported.
After his court date was delayed last week, he is set to appear on Wednesday.
