North Elementary placed on Soft Lockdown Tuesday
North Elementary in Grundy County was placed on a soft lockdown on Tuesday due to a medical issue on campus. The soft lockdown was implemented to provide privacy and allow appropriate personnel to respond to the situation while minimizing disruption to students and staff.
There was no threat to students or staff and were safe. School operations continued as usual.
