David Lee Johnson, age 38 of Signal Mtn TN passed away Saturday, February 14, 2026 at his residence. David loved his children, family and was known for always being a jokester.

He was preceded in death by his father, Larry Clinton Johnson; brother, Larry Wendell Johnson; sister, Kelly Rene' Johnson; grandparents, Larry and Martha Melton.

He is survived by his mother, Tammy (John Murray) Powell; daughters, Destiney Aderholt, Lexi Johnson and Angela Johnson; brothers, Jason Johnson; grandparents, Clifford and Lori Powell; along with several cousins and extended family members.

Funeral service will be held Wednesday, February 18, 2026 at 12:00 noon CST in the chapel of Ewton Funeral Home & Cremation Center with burial to follow in Chattanooga Memorial Park in Red Bank. Family will receive friends Tuesday from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM CST.
