Maryanne Minton Land, age of Dunlap TN passed away Tuesday, March 3, 2026. Maryanne was a saved and baptized member of Hwy 28 Church of God. She enjoyed playing with her dogs, going shopping with Cheryl Barfield, riding 4-wheelers and swimming

She was preceded in death by her parents J.L. and Edith Minton; brothers Winford Finch and Tim Green; and beloved son Jesse Land.

She is survived by her siblings; Janie Scissom and Ronnie Finch; niece Tammy Floyd; nephew Eddie Rollins; room mates, Tyler Hensley, Jereme Davis, Dale (Sherry) Slaughter; and her dogs, Little Man, Rowdy, Angel, and Peanut. The family would also like to thank Rick and Vanessa Casey.

A memorial service for Ms. Maryanne Land will be held Saturday, March 7, 2026 at 1:00 PM at Hwy 28 Church of God. With a meal to follow.
