Rickey Andrew Shelton Sr., age 65, of Manchester, TN, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 14, 2024. The family will be receiving guests on Tuesday, April 23rd at the Coffee County Funeral Chapel in Manchester, TN from 5 to 7 p.m. Services will be held on Wed., April 24th at 1 p.m. in the chapel.
