Sequatchie County Commission to conduct Hearing on Monday about New Property Tax Rate
The Sequatchie County Commission will conduct a public hearing on July 31, 2023, at 5 PM. This hearing will be about a proposal to raise the county’s property tax rate.
This public hearing will be held at 22 Cherry Street, Dunlap, TN.
The state-certified tax rate is $1.5566 per $100 of assessed value. The County’s proposed budget, if adopted, will require a proposed tax levy of $1.8366 per $100 of assessed value.
