Marion County Deputy Shane Lang Passes Away on Sunday
The Marion County Sheriff’s Department stated on Sunday with heavy hearts that they announced the passing of Deputy Shannon “Shane” Lang. Shane suffered a medical emergency Sunday morning. Shane started his career in law enforcement in 2014.
A Facebook post by the Marion County Sheriff’s Department stated that Shane was a genuine guy who liked everyone and was a true joy to work with. He will be greatly missed.
