Haletown Volunteer Fire Department is Now Extrication Certified and Rescue Squad
For the first time since the department was founded in 1975, Haletown Fire Department is officially extrication certified and a rescue squad.
Haletown Firefighters spent the past four days going through TARS Extrication Training for a total of 24 hours! With the training and a new set of extrication tools, The Haletown Fire Department can better respond to vehicle accidents, cutting down response times dramatically.
