Help for Victims of SNAP Fraud

Were you a victim of skimming, cloning, or similar SNAP fraud? Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) customers who believe their benefits were compromised by card skimming, phishing, or similar fraud tactics can submit a reimbursement request via the One DHS Customer Portal at
https://onedhs.tn.gov/csp. This option is available to Tennesseans whose benefits were stolen after October 1, 2022, and before September 30, 2024.
For details about the reimbursement process, requirements, limitations, and timelines, visit
TN.Gov/HumanServices/Need-Help-/TDHS-Fraud.html to learn more. The reimbursement option is made possible through the federal Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2023.
