Diana Crawford Perry
A beautiful Christmas parade was held in Jasper on Friday night. The event was initially scheduled for Saturday but was moved to Friday because of predicted storms.
The Marion County High School Interact Club won first place in the float competition. Second place went to New Beginnings Church. There was a tie for third between the Marion County Sheriff’s Department and Victory Baptist Church.
The Town of Jasper honored the memory of Diana Crawford Perry as she was named the 2023 Grand Marshall.
