Unipower to Close in Dunlap; 29 Employees will Out of Work

29 workers will lose their jobs in Dunlap after Unipower announced they plan to shut its door permanently on June 30. Unipower makes high-efficiency power electronics, energy conversion systems, and power supplies.

The Southeast Local Workforce Development Board will be responsible for the oversight of the continued follow-up of Rapid Response and Dislocated Worker services associated with this event.
